SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The role of Sales Representative is responsible for the effective coordination and administration of domestic sales from receipt of request for quote, to approved project paperwork, and through to product completion. This role also provides support with contracts and assisting with various warranty and service issues for the Denver Branch.

Compensation (BOE): $50k-$70k+ competitive Incentives

WHO YOU ARE: As the ideal candidate for this role, you are someone who can:

  • Seek out and establish partnership with existing and potential new clients.
  • Engage in the development and enhancement of the selling process by identifying opportunities, understanding buyer motivation, identifying competitive strengths/weaknesses, and dealing with buyer objections.
  • Produce project paperwork and quotations as required to properly execute the project in accordance with all ATCO policies, including though not limited to credit applications, contracts, project summaries, customer satisfaction surveys, quote logs and sales funnel.
  • Make outbound prospecting & follow-up calls as directed by branch manager, and other team members.
  • Work closely with various internal departments to develop timely, professional, and complete sales proposals.
  • Manage various conduits of web-based lead sources.
  • Complete daily sales paperwork and maintain files on all leads and projects.
  • Process company registrations, pre-qualifications, and other documents as necessary.
  • Update sales pipeline & daily sales activity reporting through [please apply online] & manage inventory logs and other reports as required.
  • Assist senior management with executive level RFP’s.
  • Provide general market knowledge & intelligence for senior management planning & budgeting purposes.
  • Assist the Sales Department with various marketing and reporting functions related to the sale of domestic dealer products.
  • Complete and distribute S-19 and request for quote documentation in a manner which accurately reflects client needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all company products and keep updated on all new products offerings.
  • Develop positive rapport with ATCO customers to ensure long term business relationship.
  • Prepare and distribute customer surveys for all projects.
  • Ensure quality standards/installations and projects meet both client and internal stakeholder requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred; related experience in lieu of education will also be considered.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of previous sales experience required.
  • Modular Construction experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
